Born and raised in Las Vegas, NV, I began my fascination with human biology, chemistry and anatomy at an early age- working first as a Hospital Volunteer, Lifeguard, EMT and Pharmacy Technician before college. I was educated at the University of Washington for my undergraduate degree in Anthropology, focusing my studies on Ethnobotany and Shamanism. In 1992, I attended Des Moines University for my Osteopathic Medical Education (Doctor of Osteopathy-D.O.) and then on to Detroit, MI to perform my Internship and Residency in Family Practice at Garden City Osteopathic Hospital. I then completed an additional Fellowship year in Osteopathic Manipulation Medicine/Neuro-Musculoskeletal Medicine (OMM/NMM) under the mentorship of Dr. T. Reid Kavieff, D.O at Botsford General Hospital. I have worked 29 years as an employed Family Practice doctor, but have decided to follow my intuition that our fractured Modern Healthcare, Insurance and Pharmaceutical Companies are not the best models to help patients advocate for their individual wellness.

I offer a range of services at Triad Osteopathic Consultations, PLLC, including -Complex chronic disease management, osteopathic manipulation treatments (OMT), functional medicine consults, medical acupuncture, metabolic evaluations, musculoskeletal injections, human biome management and repair, lifestyle modification guidance, medical weight loss and nutritional counseling.
My goal is to find the treatment plan that works best for you and your unique needs. I will utilize the most advanced and clinically valid testing to identify your imbalance, utilizing services like VIOME.com to evaluate your individual Metabolic and Microbiome status - Once we identify your goals, we will chart a course of specific treatments.
I can see you at my home office or come to your location as well - Extra $75 travel fee.
Dr. Schenne does not participate in Insurance, but can provide you with a detailed statement of services for you to obtain reimbursement yourself.
